I've seen it several times. I visit it each year around Halloween. I first saw it as a child (growing up 15 miles away from it) and have carried on the tradition by taking my children there as well as friends of my children. As far as only being able to see it at night, that part is an urban legend, it is clearly visible during the day. However, to truly enjoy the phenomenon, you should visit the cemetary at night.
