Travis Walton Alien Experience
In 1975 near Heber, Arizona, Travis Walton was in a car with a few friends when they spotted a UFO. Travis got out of the car to investigate and was zapped by a strange light. His friends in the car were so scared that they sped off, leaving him behind. They went back to the area shortly after to look for Travis. He was nowhere in sight. They filled out a report to the police. Five days later, Travis called his brother from a payphone in Heber. He was in a daze and couldn’t remember anything that happened.
Under hypnosis, Travis revealed that he was taken onto a spaceship where he met aliens who were five-feet tall with large eyes. From all he could remember, there were people on the ship who looked like humans that had masks over his heads. This sparked a lot of controversy and Walton eventually came out with a book of his experience. This incident also inspired the 1993 movie, Fire In the Sky.
