The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge

January 11th, 2009

The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge is located in San Francisco Bay, California. This bridge is most famous for having one of the most frequently seen ghosts in the history of the paranormal. This double decker bridge was built in 1936 and currently carries 280,000 commuters daily. The ghost looks so real that most people that see it don’t even realize that the person they saw was actually a ghost. The story of the spirit goes that around 1948, a man’s car ran out of gas while on the bridge.

As he was walking back to call a tow truck, a speeding car hit him and he was instantly killed. One can only see the ghost through the corner of the eye because if you look at him straight on, he will vanish. He is usually in the same spot but the posture he is in can vary. He is usually seen looking around for the tow truck, dress in 40s style coat and hat.
