The Oxford Saloon and Eatery
The Oxford Saloon and Eatery is located in Snohomish, Washington and was originally established in 1910, making it one of the oldest saloons in the Northwest. It’s housed in the Oxford building, which was built in 1889 and completely restored in 1992. Although it was restored, it still has the authentic look and feel of an 1880s saloon. This saloon was once the biggest spot for gambling and services of ladies in the second floor rooms. Approximately eight ghosts are believed to haunt the Oxford currently. The two most famous ghosts here are Kathleen, whom is the spirit of the Madame of the former brother, and Henry, the spirit of a policeman who was stabbed to death in the parlor.
These ghosts are most famous because they make the most appearances, although they are certainly not the only ghosts who make their presences known in this historic saloon. The paranormal events witnessed by the staff and visitors include the sight of apparitions, the scent of lavender perfume, and movements of objects by unseen forces into different locations. In one case, one of the cooks that worked at the Oxford refused to go in the basement alone. The ladies bathroom is believed to be haunted by a jolly spirit who loves to have a good laugh by pulling pranks on the ladies there. There is also another grinning ghost who loves a good prank, by touching girls while on the dance floor in inappropriate areas. Investigations by paranormal groups are frequent, and they never fail to find something extraordinary in the realms of the unknown.

I was actually at the Oxford Saloon myself yesterday (was helping with the MDA event) from 10:30am to 2:30 pm. I didn’t see any ghosts, but I did notice some cold spots in the bar, such as in the men’s bathroom. Not sure if they were related to the ghosts or not though.
