The Latta Plantation

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Latta Plantation was once home to the family that bore its name. Currently, the plantation is a historic site in which tours are given.
During these tours paranormal events have occurred. On one tour, the group reportedly heard the sounds of children playing in the attic when no one else was there.
Even employees in the plantation while alone have reported experiences as well, including doors slamming shut and the sight of shadow people.
It seems as though the Latta family wants to make its presence known to all of the visitors that frequent this historic site.
