The Battery Park Hotel

Located in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, there is a private apartment building that has such an illustrious history. This building, dated way-back in the early 1900s was once-called the Battery Park Hotel.
For some reason in the early mornings while the hotel was in operation, employees would witness a ghost. The male apparition that would be seen was believed to be a murder victim in the hotel years ago.
The identity of this man is unknown and once the hotel transformed into an apartment building, he was no longer seen.
