Tapeworms in Diet Pills

This urban legend says that diet pills that supposedly suppress one’s appetite really contains tapeworms or tapeworm eggs. This claimed to of been discovered when a woman took the pills for quite some time and a tapeworm crawled out of her nose. In another version, the government allegedly had inspected the pills and found the head of a tapeworm inside each pill.
