Osama Bin Laden

Bin Laden has been called one of the most evil men in modern times. He is responsible for thousands of deaths and his fanatical ideals about the Islamic religion. He was born into a rich family with connections to the Saudi Royal family. His father was a successful businessman. During his school years, Bin Laden was known as a hard-worker. While in college, he was very interested in the Quran and the notion of Jihad.
He believed that the restoration of Sharia law would turn the world right. He opposed democracy, communism, and socialism. He wanted Israel to be wiped out and he is currently pro-Taliban since he considered this to be the only true Islamic country in the world. These beliefs led him to become a leader of a terrorist group known as Al-Qaeda. This group recruits and trains young Islamic men into becoming fanatical Jihadists, willing to die for their religion.
With this group under his belt, Bin Laden was able to carry out terrorist attacks all over the world including the U.S.S. Cole and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. These events culminated on September 11, 2001. Afterwards, he was hunted and is currently believed to be hiding in the uncontrolled region between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
