St. Philip’s Cemetery
St. Philip’s Cemetery is located in Charleston, South Carolina. It is sited in the French Quarter of Charleston which is the oldest part of the city. The church that stands today was built in 1823, after a fire set ablaze the original structure. The French Quarter becomes very quiet at night even though Charleston is a working city with a great history and culture. As one walks through the French Quarter, you may see old cobblestones and streets from the original city; a time machine if you will.
St. Phillips is located along the church, with another section of it across the street. This section is where paranormal investigator Joanne Davis took several pictures that depicted paranormal objects. Her pictures contain vortexes of light streaks. Many other people have taken pictures at the site and have reported the same thing. Charleston is a place of many hauntings, including but not limited to St. Phillips Cemetery.
