Rico D’s Pizza Ristorante

December 16th, 2008

On the Southside of Chicago in Willow Springs, Illinois, there is one special building that is haunted. This building was once owned by one of the most feared mobsters of his time: Al Capone. The basement of the building was where the illegal alcohol was kept, the first floor was where illegal gambling took place with a bar, and top floor was used as a brothel. As one visits the basement, a weird feeling will take you over mixed of emotions and fears. Here there are old passageways that led to a tunnels which out to the woods to escape if there were police raids.

It is in these woods also that Capone and his men committed many crimes and murders. On the main floor in the restaurant, the body of a woman dressed in 1920s era clothes was seen. She came out of the area in the restaurant where the painting of Capone’s aunt once hung. She came into contact with the employees, telling them that she was happy with the new owners and the way they were running the place.

She made a comment that the Boss would be proud if he saw the way things were going here. She then went to walk up the stairs to where the old brothel was and disappeared into thin air. I wonder how the employees reacted to that one.
