Orange Avenue Bridge

The northeast side on the approach of the Orange Avenue Bridge in Daytona Beach, Florida has been the site of ghost sightings. The ghost is allegedly a cloaked young woman with long dark hair and has been seen for many years. No one knows who this ghost is, but it has been known to be very active, and at times violent. There are three theories surrounding her identity. The first one is that she was a young maid who worked on the peninsula at a house. She was killed on the ferry coming home from work, by falling off the side and being crushed between the sides of the dock and the back of the ferry. A second theory includes a young runaway woman, who made a temporary home under the Orange Avenue Bridge.
She made a living by working around in the business district during this time. One night, she went to bed under the bridge but was accompanied by a stranger. The man sexually abused her and then killed her right after. The third and final theory, which also seems to be the more popular one, is a young girl who grew up with her grandmother. Her name was Rose, and she loved a long cloak that her grandmother had given her as a gift.
One night, Rose was walking over the bridge to her high school’s homecoming dance. She was wearing her cloak, and while on the bridge she was struck by a car and killed instantly. Her shoes flew under the bridge, but her cloak looked as if she laid it hanging over the side of the bridge lovingly. The sighting of the ghost seems to increase during the homecoming season, wearing a long cloak and drivers sometimes even have picked her up. When the vehicle reaches the other side of the bridge, the girl is gone. She has even been known to throw cans, shoes, and lawn furniture at cars passing by.

I am a paranormal investigator and I have done a investigation on this spot and got some really cool evp and also my camcorder light shut off which is very hard to turn on and off and at the same time I got a EVP which i cant make out what it says I do plan on redoing this location during homecoming which is when it is know to happen
