One of the cupcake papers was completely empty. I just called Nabisco and told them. Obviously it's happened before. They asked for my address. I lived in Buena Park, CA at the time and they're next door in Cerritos, CA. I came home from work one day with a box at my door full of Nabisco items. About 30+ items in the box. I never complain unless it's legit and I never complain to the retailer. They could care less. I always go to the mfg, or their distributor. Whoever is closes. Coupons are usually what they do these days but I think they're fair since they always give you coupons with a greater value than your loss. I never opened it. Instead, the Dr. Pepper distributing company was but a few miles from me so I called them up and told them. They said they would be right out to pick it up and trade me for a couple of cases of DP. So things do get in the bottles and cans. Clowns probably.
