Meaning of Life?
Where do we come from? What is our mission on earth? Why do we meet the people we do? Is there a God? Is Heaven real? These are all the questions that have baffled humans since they first came out of the caves and into the sunlight. The ancient cavemen even questioned life. They believed the sun and the moon were gods. Were they right? Why do we not think so today? According to religions of the world, life has many different meanings. The Buddhists believe that we are reincarnated many times until we eventually achieve nirvana. Christians and Jews believe that after we die, we go to a magical place with fairies and a man with a beard. Whose right? Are any of them right?
I think it is very ignorant to assume that one way is right. If there is no way to possibly know, then why make up a theory? And if there are thousands of different theories about life on earth, why would we assume that only ours in the right one? The only logical way to answer all these questions is to not have excuses. Just say “I don’t no.” These are the three word that religious leaders seem to have trouble saying.
