Marigny Guest House
The Marigny Guest House is located on Kerlerec Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. This home is haunted by three ghosts, who are that of Papa Stanley, Grandma, and Martha. This family once lived in the house, and one night they all decided to take a drive to get some fresh air. This decision turned into tragedy, with all three people dying in a tragic car accident. This family seems to have came right back home after the accident as if it had never happened. Grandma kisses guests who stay overnight on the cheek as they get ready for bed. She has also been seen standing at the top of the steps.
Papa Stanley is an old and friendly ghost, but is known to let the person know if he does not like them. There was one incident where a man was hit in the head with a soda can after making an offensive remark. For the people he does like, he either pats them on the back or the rear end. In addition to this, he complains about the fact that his special room has been changed into a guest room. He also thinks the curtains and bedding that are currently used are too feminine for his taste. Martha stays in her room and sits on the bed, looking out from her window to the street. One may also smell the aroma of bacon and eggs coming from the kitchen.
