Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the University of New Mexico has its share of the paranormal. In particular after closing hours at Johnson Gym, people there have the feeling of being followed and watched.
Shadows have been known to appear in the corner of the eyes of people walking down the halls at night. If looked at directly however, they vanish.
There is an urban legend at the school regarding an old student who was either murdered or committed suicide in the women’s locker room. However, there have been no reports of the paranormal in the locker room itself.
