Jimmy Carter’s Encounter

Most of us know of Jimmy Carter because he was the President of the United States during one of the most troubled times in history. With oil prices skyrocketing and taxes extremely high, Carter is looked upon by many to be one of the worst Presidents. What people do not know however, is that Carter had an alien encounter many years before his Presidential term.
In 1969, Jimmy Carter was preparing to make a speech. One of the people in attendance screamed about a strange object seen on the horizon. Carter described it as bright white and being about as bright as the moon. It closed in on where he was standing. Yet, it stopped beyond a group of pine trees a few dozen yards away. The object is then changed color, from red to blue to white. Suddenly the object gained speed and was lost in the distance.
Once Carter became President, he spoke that he would release all documents pertaining to UFOs and Alien sightings. However, once his term began, he distanced himself from all things pertaining to this subject matter. He admitted that the Department of Defense had something to do with not being able to disclose any information. Why would the government hide this information even when their President was known to have seen something of this nature?
