Frank-N-Steins Pub and Gasthaus
Frank-N-Steins Pub and Gasthaus is located in Mount Angel, Oregon. The building itself contains a castle-like facade that includes gargoyles, bats, and torches. This gives off the feel of an establishment that has a creepy feeling to it even from the outside. The building is believed to be haunted, perhaps from the spirits that were once at the mortuary next door. The pub originally started out as a grocery in 1906 and then evolved into a tavern over time with a few different owners.
The current owner contacted a paranormal society because of her feelings of being watched and the sight of a disappearing woman. The investigators produced EVP’s, and images of orbs and ectoplasm. The EVP recorded a spirit saying, “I’m sorry”, and “Yes” in response to a question.
