Define darkness?
If we think about the darkness that can surround us & entering that darkness then no I am unafraid
If we talk about the darkness within oneself & others – yes I am afraid
Damn right it does! LOL You don’t know what’s hiding in there, you simply can’t see, but it’s not darkness that scares people, it’s the unknown. If you had a bunch of fog, but no darkness (e.g. in plain daylight) it would scare people too, cause they can’t see what’s lurking in there.
it only scares me AFTER i see a scary movie. for example, when i saw the movie paranormal activity, i kept waking up in the middle of the night to make sure there wasn’t somebody watching!
Well, I may get scared sometimes but it all go away in 1 sec because i realize that it is just missing the visual iformation about the surroundings so I just let it go
about the darknees within oneself, it is not a little bit scary
yea it really terrifying me , and that why I searched for this subject and found this thing . for some reasons i think that ghosts will appear and will hurt me since my childhood and am now 21 years old . is there a solution for this ?
@Mustafa Yes, embrace the wonder of the darkness. Sign up for a nocturnal wildlife tour or similar that focuses on the positives of darkness. Watching nocturnal animals go about their business will make you realize that it is just the opposite of light and just as necessary and alive. Your imagination is your own worst enemy.
I do not fear the dark. I walk alone in the middle of the night out on our country roads. My worst fear is from fellow humans, but if I let my imagination get the better of me I do walk a little faster. LOL
