America is a pile of shit and the Army is for people with no where else to go, people who can't get real jobs, people who can't make anything of value to society, so they must destroy other societies. I hope some country finally destroys us and we can no longer rape the world with our stupid selfish capitalistic ideas. We are killing the world single handedly and I can't wait to move out of this monstrous country. Agreed, the war in Vietnam was just as pointless as the war in Iraq we are fighting. It was just that the war was very costly and the American public was tired of it." plus why were US military tired of the war in Vietnam? you dont know do ya? let me tell you why. 1) Vietnamese people were tough (they were willingly to die gloriously rather than live shamefully) 2) all of US military's attack plans were failed. Even the last attack plan ”Linebacker II” failed 3) US kept losing their soldiers, which means many many many more American people lost their loved ones. You must be a monster to not to feel that pain. 4) American people finally realized that US has spent too much money and lives for nothing (Because whatever plan that US military came up was failed, US COULD NOT WIN THE WAR) 5) American had to force the government to stop (If the government hadnt stop, they would have been in a big trouble, American people can be really tough) 6) US military was in a deadlock situation where they could not do anything but withdrew. And many years passed by, somebody was too stubborn to accept it. If you dont accept the reality, you will never be over it. So I feel that evrybody should have laid off the Military's backs and stopped doing whatever they are doing and saying about the military now.
