Cafe on the Route and the Little Brick Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in Baxter Springs, Kansas. The building that its located in was once the Crowell Bank and was built in 1870. Jesse James and Cole Younger actually robbed this bank in 1876. This old building was renovated and the lower level is now open for dining and the upper level contains rooms for the bed and breakfast. The building is believed to contain several ghostly presences. They seem to be friendly and have a sweetness that is genuine and honest.
