Aurora Texas UFO
This event is known as the “Texas Roswell.” This incident is that of an alleged crash of an alien craft that landed near Aurora Texas in 1897. Supposedly, the object hit the windmill of a local judge. The dead pilot was placed in an unmarked grave. The headlines of the local newspaper mentioned that the pilot was “not of this world” and that it was buried in the local cemetery. Almost a hundred years later, a group of UFO investigators researched this phenomena and they uncovered a piece of metal. The metal was said to be made mostly of aluminum. Truly not of this world. The community would not let the investigators dig up the grave.
The owner of the land that the craft crashed on discarded of the material by throwing down his water well. Later he developed severe arthritis due to contaminated water. In response to this, he put a concrete slab over the well. When the well was later opened, pieces of aluminum were found and the rumor was proven to be a fact.
