The paranormal community is nothing without it’s investigators. There are so many investigators out there who can help you with your investigation needs, but the only problem is that they don’t get the recognition they deserve, unless they have a TV-show like Ghost Hunters. This post is for all the paranormal investigators out there throughout the world who dedicate their time to contribute to the paranormal community the research they have.
The goal of this post is to collect information from all the paranormal investigators in the world. If you are an investigator, new or experienced, leave a comment with your name, website (if possible), contact information for anyone interested in your services, and any other information you would like to add about your group or investigation techniques. Please alert any investigators you may know of this opportunity.
Thank you all for what you have done for the paranormal community so far.
This is an interesting psychological experiment for those of you who do not know what the placebo effect is. In a nutshell, someone is tricked into thinking they are obtaining a substance that will better their condition. This is done by simply giving the person a “sugar pill” instead of any particular type of medicine. The effect? Witness the reaction. Psychologically, for a lot of people who have taken the experiment before, they would agree to feel better although the pill is just simply sugar. It is an experiment done to see the psychological processes taking place with substances.
The question I want to ask you now is, since the placebo effect has been shown to work, can we relate this effect to Thomas Szasz’s thoughts on the current medical model? I talked about this in my previous article titled, “The Progress Of Psychology“. Szasz believes that labeling a person with a disorder will simply make them give in and act out all the symptoms of the diagnosed disorder.
Every since the day we were put on this Earth, this question has been on all of our minds. Who is God? What being is responsible for the creation of our planet and the development of all its species? For thousands of years, man has been trying to figure out the answer to this question. The question I would like to ask now is, are we getting closer to answering this question?
Mankind has progressed tremendously throughout the years, especially in the paranormal community. Now, most people believe in ghosts or spirits of some sort, and we possess advanced equipment and expertise that is needed in order to successfully communicate and record spirits. Years ago, this was unheard of. If we can communicate with spirits, can they provide us some answers to our unanswered questions on life? Otherwise, if this is unsuccessful, the answer is clear why they won’t help us, because life is simply a game of mystery. I guess only time will tell.
I have left you all some links to some interesting articles attempting to explain who God is.
